This is our only single room and is on the first floor.
We are a 9 bedroomed guest house situated in the heart of Windermere.
We are 5 minutes from the train station and one minute from the town.
We have double, single and family rooms.
All rooms are boutique style with TVs, tea and coffee facilities and en-suite shower rooms.
We serve traditional full English breakfast in our quirky dining room and are open all year round.
We have a cosy guest lounge, and someone is on site to help you at all times.
When staying with us you also get use of the local health club, where you can enjoy a swim, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi or a workout in the large gym.
This is our only single room and is on the first floor.
Room 4 is one of our boutique style double rooms, done is a dusk black and gold style.
Room 9 is our purple room with double bed and large window with stunning mountain views.
Room 5 is our grey and tartan standard king room, this is a large room and does have one low ceiling point but also mountain view.
Room 2 is our deluxe King room, with bay window and seating area.
Room 3 or the Lilac room is our Superking deluxe room with a pair of pink shell chairs and champaign table seating area.
Room 8 is our twin room or great for a family of 3 people.
Room 6 is our triple deluxe room.
Room 7 or the family suite is our largest room, two rooms with adjoining door.
