Welcome to Your Windermere Hideaway!
Situated in the heart of Windermere village, this chic and newly-refurbished property is the perfect spot for you and your crew to explore the South Lakes. With top-notch restaurants just a toss away, and Lake Windermere within a quick drive or bus ride (heck, you can even walk!), you’ll be spoilt for choice on what to do next!
Spread across three floors, the ground level greets you with a private entrance and a practical hallway – perfect for storing those muddy boots after a day’s hike. Two dog crates are also located here.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious open-plan area combining the kitchen, dining, and lounge. You can rustle up some grub, dine, and kick back with the telly all in one spot! Don’t worry about the basics – we’ve got your salt, pepper, cooking oil, tea, and coffee covered. You’ll also find a WC here, for convenience.
A flight of stairs takes you up to the second floor, where two roomy, en-suite bedrooms await. The bathrooms includes Pure Lakes shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We’ve also got you covered with a small and large bath towel each.
The bedrooms feature a comfortable king beds and if you’re not quite ready for sleep, there are another TVs in there for you.
Just a heads up – there’s no lift, so this property suits those fine with stairs.

This three-storey apartment boasts its own private entrance, facing the charming Ellerthwaite Square. Rest assured, you won’t be sharing this entrance with anyone else – it’s all yours!
The apartment is conveniently situated above the acclaimed Hooked Seafood restaurant, perfect for food enthusiasts.
Forget about the usual check-in fuss. We’ve set up a key safe right next to the front door for an easy self-check-in process.
As for parking, we’ve got you covered. You can find free on-street parking directly outside the building on Ellerthwaite Square or within a short 1-5 minute walk. If you prefer, there’s also a paid parking lot at Broad Street Car Park, just a couple of minutes’ walk away. We’ll send you more details about parking after booking.

Parking and Transport:
While there is free on-street parking right outside the property and across the road, it can get a bit tight and we can’t always guarantee a spot. But no worries! There’s a pay-and-display car park just a 2-minute walk away.
For your roaming needs, you’re well-connected here. A bus stop, just a minute’s walk away, opens up the vast expanse of the Lake District for you. And if you’re planning a longer journey, Windermere train station is a handy 5-minute walk from our door.
