Since owners Deb and Gez Lyon purchased the Estate in 2016, they’ve renovated it painstakingly using traditional Lakeland practices, local builders and highly skilled craftspeople, to transform it from a dilapidated Victorian wreck into a stunning Lake District holiday let property, with luxurious interiors and immaculate grounds.
Comprising The Big House (sleeps fourteen), The Small House (sleeps six) and five one bedroom Barn Cottages each sleeping two, The Heaning Estate is set in five stunning acres of Lake District grounds with panoramic views. You can book each property individually, in combination or the whole Estate for that very special trip away.
All of the seven self-catering properties are furnished to the highest standards of comfort, luxury and attention to detail, in a distinctive Lakeland-Scandi style. The properties are managed, maintained and run day-to-day by the highly professional and hugely energetic Lakeland Retreats agency.
